Focus, month, days, pace
Trip Designer
Choose what the trip should do for you, when you can go, how long and how hard. The designer matches the fifteen destinations and drafts a day-by-day rhythm you can share.
Pick a focus such as sleep, movement or a full reset, the month, the length and your budget. The three best-matching destinations appear with a draft itinerary built from their typical day.
Destinations are scored on the seven-part longevity profile, the best months, the budget level and the pace you choose. The itinerary is a rhythm, not a booking: mornings for light and movement, midday for the main meal and rest, afternoons for water or walking, evenings for company and early nights. Adjust it, share it, book it.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Trip Designer book anything?
No. It suggests destinations and a daily rhythm. Booking hotels, retreats or clinics is up to you; the destination pages list what to look for.
What if my month is not ideal for the destination I want?
The designer lowers the score for months outside the recommended window but still shows the destination. Shoulder seasons are often quieter and cheaper.
Can I plan for two people with different goals?
Choose the focus that matters more and a steady pace; most destinations here serve several goals at once.
